Onam Celebrations

VIMS College celebrates Onam with great joy and enthusiasm, bringing students and faculty together to experience the rich cultural traditions of Kerala. The celebration reflects the values of unity, prosperity, happiness, and togetherness associated with the festival.

Students take part in traditional activities such as Pookalam (floral rangoli), cultural performances, traditional attire, music, dance, and festive programs. The colourful celebration creates a vibrant atmosphere across the campus and gives students an opportunity to appreciate India’s diverse cultural heritage.

Through Onam celebrations, VIMS College promotes cultural awareness, friendship, harmony, and unity among students while making the occasion memorable for everyone.
